Cannot watch any videos on my account because "Content Unavailable"

For some reason, on my account, I am unable to start playing any youtube video. If I try, all I get is a black box that says "Video unavailable.This content isn't available, try again later." Even logged in on my phone and TV I am unable to watch any videos. When I log out and start a video, I can watch the video just fine. Logging into my alternative accounts also can watch the videos just fine. Did youtube just like, silently blacklist my account or something? Is anyone else experiencing this?
