Anyone knows about any career counsellor who isnt very expensive ? Also any websites where i can find for degrees , scholarships , etc ?

As mentioned , guys I need help in finding a career counsellor first , also looking for degrees , scholarships for undergraduates for students and their requirements? Any help will be appreciated , thank you , have a great day :)
