What is the best college for inter (CBSE)

Hi People, My sister is in her 10th class right now. We are looking for good colleges in vishakapatnam for her +1 and +2 Can you please suggest good colleges? We are currently considering Vishaka valley and KITES. But open to look at other good colleges as well. She is a student with good grades. She is leaning towards social streams(like MEC, CEC ). Although I am suggesting against it considering that might narrow her career options. Feel free to pitch in your thoughts. Would love to enquire more about the colleges and advocate her regarding career choices but not sure where to start. Note : Big NO for colleges like. Narayan and chaitanya or bhashyam.
