Senior gynecologist suggestion

Hi guys, I want to take my mom for a checkup since she is suffering from so much abdominal pain during her menstrual cycle. A local doctor suggested hysterectomy after consultation but I'm looking for a 2nd opinion from a senior doctor. Please suggest.
