New speed breakers everywhere

While going to the beach from jagadamba road via apollo hospitals today, I noticed that there were 4 new speed breakers (not marked, no paint or warnings) on the same road. This area is not a huge stretch and there was already one at Hamleys. With traffic stopping every two meters due to cars parked in the middle of the road at Laddu Gopal and other high influence establishments, I really feel that the new speed breakers are going to add to traffic problems in this area. Let me know your thoughts.
