Is it possible for multiple dogs to attack on a dog?

I have a dog that just stays infront of my house all day (it's a street dog). we feed that dog and take care. since 3 years we've been doing that. 2 days back some fight emerged between dogs and the next morning my dog went missing. we have no idea where it is. so is it possible for a group of dogs to attack one dog and possibly kill it? My dog has some beef with other dogs and she's a bit weak and old. suggest me some ways to find her if you know any.
