Old Age homes

Can someone let me know of any old age homes where me and some of my friends can go and provide any sort of help? I have heard of places like Kadji, which look very good and looks like people are taken care of well there (must be expensive). While we don't mind helping anywhere, are there any others where we can really help? Any info will be appreciated. Thanks.
