Looking for an affordable formal wear store

I need to attend my cousin's engagement in few days. And need to buy some good formal wear for it. I can't spend huge amount as it just her engagement. So I'm looking for a store that sells high quality formal wear on budget. (Also please suggest a good shop for buying shoes also.)
