Feeding Stray Cats😽

I have recently relocated to Vadodara and cats are a rare sight (Atleast in my area). I love feeding and playing with stary cats and dogs but feeding dogs is never a problem because the entire city seems to be their kingdom. I bet there must be some place/area in the city where cats rule. Please let me know 🙏
