Who is affording anything in this city

Yesterday I went to eat salad @ saladtime watching a youtube video posted a year ago. From there the prices are up 15-20% YoY. Every time I go out I feel ripped off , Does anyone share the same feeling? Suggest some value for money food and clothing places below.
