Some people really lack civic sense

5:50 am on a Saturday, a huge group of school students going on a picnic started playing loud music right under my building. My area is completely residential, so every person in all the buildings around me was getting disturbed and woken up. When I went to talk to them about it, they said "this doesn't happen everyday, it's only today because they're going on a picnic." Lady, it should never happen.
