I'm 22F, currently working at an Ed tech company as an Office Assistant. My current salary is 10k base salary plus incentive. I'm switching to another job and hence seeking a replacement for my post. As this company and the people there are close to me, I want to find and interview the candidate myself to make sure the transition is smooth for me as well as the company. So I'm dropping the requirements below:- No. of Vacancies :- 1 (Preferably female candidate) Qualification:- 12th pass or Graduation in any degree from any recognized university (this is not a strict requirement and is flexible) Experience:- 0-1 years (Freshers are welcomed) Location:- Sayajigunj, Vadodara Timing:- 10-6 (Day-shift) Job type:- Full time Salary:- 8-10k (depending on your profile and experience) plus extra incentive per customer attended Expected joining date:- 3 February *Key Responsibilities*:- 1. Assist the visiting customer 2. Handle cold calls 3. Follow up from existing customers 4. Lead generation 5. Customer relationship management 6. Data entry 7. Employee time tracking and maintaining workplace discipline. Candidate should be Extrovert in nature with basic knowledge of Excel. Contact me and share me your resume for more details.
