College suggestion

Is Vadodara's government medical college good? Is it worth it? I mean the hostel and the academics and most importantly the city. How's Vadodara as a city? As someone who's never been there what would you say about your city.. the roads, the places, pollution and night hangouts.. I wanna know everything
