Aadhar center or Agent

Can anyone help me with any genuine agent for aadhar card or any center near gotri ? - I need to fix birthdate issue in my mom's aadhar card (Banks are not doing) - I need to get aadhar card made for my niece. She's 5yrs old and needs one for her school admission.
