Uttar Pradesh needs bifurcation for better management and chances at development. Two or maybe three new states, Harit Pradesh in West, Purvanchal Pradesh in East.

Uttar Pradesh being the most populous and resources hungry state with poor management is not beneficial to be kept intact anymore for national interests development of that state. Any party which have strong hold on UP have a certain surety that they will come in power in Central government and this situation will worsen further after the delimitation, smaller states in South and Himalayas/hills will be ignored by ruling to garner votebank for major chunk. Gundas, corrupt politicians and Bahubalis in Purvanchal are feeding on the state resources which are taken from every corner of India, western UP etc o meant to be for the western and central UP, those gundas use those resources too further their intrest without any development in the Purvanchal because they don't feel any need to the development in those areas. Bifurcation will help out end to this broken system also. Bifurcation of UP will help maintain the balance among states poll wise and better management for the Purvanchal also. Harit Pradesh will have a chance of maintaining its development to reach a development stage like Maharashtra or southern states and Purvanchal Pradesh will have chance at fixing it's systematic roadblocks. UP should be divided into two new states Harit Pradesh in the western part and Purvanchal Pradesh in the east with areas around Agra acting as the dividing line for new states. What are your thoughts.
