I am tweeting to police regarding noise from religious activity in residential area. But nothing happens

What can I possibly do work in peace? Meeting are getting cancelled, interviews are getting stopped, work is not happening. What's the whole point? I gave tweeted multiple times with localities, proofs, but they don't respond
