Does uber operate in Mathura? Need a cab to Delhi Airport

Currently in Mathura and will be returning to Mumbai on 17th Feb. Local cabs are asking 5k from Mathura to Delhi Airport. I think this is too much. Also, can I book a uber from Mathura to Delhi Airport? What other alternatives do I have? We are 2 people carrying 2 Medium bags and 2 hand bags. Thanks!
