Help - medical condition - looking for long term stay at foothills

Hello and Namaste to the fortunate and kind folks of Uttarakhand I am M41 and my parents are M71 and F66. I have been in poor health since last 4 years and now due to many medicines I am feeling internal heat and general uneasiness in city weather. We currently stay at Vadodara - Gujarat. Weather is mostly warm and humid. I am desperately seeking a place for stay that has pleasant and mildly cold weather. The place must also have basic medical facilities for my own self and my parents. We are looking for a place which is around 4 hours to 5 hours driving distance from Noida. My sister stays at Noida so we can go there if there is some medical situation that cannot be attended locally. We are looking for open skies, clean weather, abundant sunshine and less crowds. I have to start walking 10KMs a day - it is a matter of life and death for me. I need walkable road which is not polluted and crowded by traffic. We are looking to rent 3BHK or 4BHK - flat or independent house. Overall budget for monthly stay (rent, food, domestic help etc.) is 60K. We eat simple vegetarian food and would love if there is place that can provide atleast one time simple homely meal so that I can spend sometime on my professional work everyday. We are looking to stay for atleast 1 year. And a lot more if the place adopts us as one of its own :-) I cannot drive in hills in my health condition. So foothills with plane roads are where we wish to stay. With this background, request the local folks to please suggest places that can be explored. I looked at the map and thought Rudrapur might be a good fit. Once I have 5-6 places in the list to explore, I will visit the places personally in February and decide where can I start a new phase of my life. I seriously need help in relocating to a place which will infuse a new life in me and bring happiness in lives of my aging parents. Thanks for your patient reading. Best Regards
