Why uttarakhandi people don't wear there traditonal caps instead of himachali

I understand that himachali topis are quite famous and people of uk and jammu kashmir also wear himachali topi and it has become part of all pahadi cultures but still it's "himachali topi" originated from himachal what are traditional uttarakhand caps? Which originated here only and why are they not famous and why our own people don't wear them often?
