About abandoned villagers in uttarakhand. What is the condition of those village? And what are the issues? Like water source location, agriculture condition etc. if anyone is from or near those villages. Please do help. It is for the people by the people.there is a chance to improve the condition and quality of life.Do tell if I can visit those places?
