Planning to visit and stay at Harsil valley between 12-16 feb. Is it snowing now there? Any recommendations for stay please?

I am traveling from South India and will be visiting beautiful Uttarakhand for the first time. Any offbeat suggestions, would be much appreciated guys❤️
