Moving back to the mountains

I am pahari, but never really lived in the hills as my father was in a transferable job. Going to the hills was meant for summer holidays to visit the grandparents. My working life was primarily lived in Delhi. Now I am looking to head back, however I don't know how to sit back and retire and am looking for ideas and opportunities to set up something in Kumaon. Ideas are welcome.
