Gaay ka baccha na Ghar ka Na ghaat ka.

People living in plains of Uttarakhand use animals for their own benefit and they cannot even provide proper shelter for them. Whoever the owners are they tie this poor baby in this place from early morning till late in the evening. Idk how is it even surviving during these cold winters away from its mother. Its movements are also restricted due to small rope tied to its neck. I even saw one baby few months ago badly injured with marks on its back. Not sure if it was the same baby. Humble request.
