Looking for a driver in Trivandrum

How or where can I get a good driver in Tvm and what would be their estimated salary? It's for my grandparents who aren't able to drive and I live in another state. The driver we had is of no good. He scratches/dents the car often and he drives with a feeling like "Vandi thattiyal entha, sir nannakikolum, kittaan olla paisa kittukem cheyum". Plus he is drunk most of the time. The only reason we keep him is because there isn't any other driver available or comes a driver where we'll have to plan trips around his scheldule or someone who doesn't know how to drive an suv.
