Suggestions for E-Cycles in Trivandrum for Daily Use?

Hey r/Trivandrum I’m looking for suggestions on good e-cycles for daily use, mainly for short trips within 5 km. With the crazy traffic during peak hours and not-so-great cycling infrastructure, I’m considering an e-cycle over a regular one. My dad might use it too, so something comfortable and reliable would be ideal. Also, how’s the service and customer care for e-cycles in Trivandrum?
