Suggest business ideas

I have a 20 cent roadside property on Malayinkeezhu-Anthiyoorkanam mainroad. It has mainroad frontage of about 14m. Planning to invest 20-30 lakhs. I’m not familiar with the market there as l reside on the city side. The property is near bus and auto stand, a bit far from nearest market and not much active comparing to market area. Suggest some self running business ideas considering these criterias P.S: Please don’t come at me saying do your own research, this post is part of my research☺️
