Hello everyone, I'm planning to invest in an independent house/villa in Trivandrum, but I'm at a crossroads and could use some advice. Would it be better to: 1. Buy a piece of land first and build a house on it? 2. Opt for a pre-built house along with the plot? My budget is around ₹1 crore (I can stretch it a bit if absolutely necessary). I'm looking for insights on factors like costs, timelines, construction challenges, and resale value.
