Regional cancer center

Hello folks, One of my friend's dad has been diagnosed with cancer and has been referred to RCC.They are poor and will be unable to take care of the treatment expenses. We are collecting funds,but I wanted to know if there are any organisations that help financially for treatment? And if you could suggest ways to arrange fund for treatment that would be helpful Thanks in advance.
