Places to freshen up and wait for a few hours near Thampanoor for travelling woman

As the title says, friend of mine is going to be arriving **Trivandrum at around 9 am**, and needs a place (like hourly rent rooms etc) where she can freshen up and wait for a few hours. Looking for recommendations that are **clean, women-friendly, and hopefully cheap too.** I can see a lot of stays on the map but I don't know which ones to trust. help pls
