Neurologist recommendations for migraine headaches

Looking for suggestions for migraine treatment. Is SCT a good option? I get random headaches. I've not been pinpoint to a reason. It could be hunger, thirst ,too much sun, loud noise or bad neck posture while sitting. Sometimes I wake up with headaches. Thanks in advance 🙏
