Trading Help

Hi I’ve been trading inconsistently since the age of 15 I am 20 now. My major downfalls are a complete misconception of what the markets are saying, making profit for the month then blowing it in a day. I am self taught, basically just asking for guidance for how to understand what I am actually seeing and eventually become profitable. I know youtubers and books, just wondering wherever I should buy a course or something? Any suggestions for anything?
