strategy finding

Hello, I am a new trader, have been learning and a little bit of actual trading for a few months- mainly swing trading. If any of you have seen iman trading, you’ll see how his strategy is more intuition based. My question is, are most profitable strategies just waiting for certain conditions to be met like rsi below 30 and bullish engulf or some shit like that, or are they more intuition and loose, like taking trades based on your own intuition and seeing confluences, but your setups vary each time. I assume it’s a mix of both, some strategies are fixed for certain conditions in the market while others are similar to iman tradings. And for fixed conditions strategies, do you just suddenly have an epiphany or something after analyzing charts for so long? (If you haven’t seen iman trading, I highly recommend, he is a great trading youtuber.) Thanks
