how to be consistent and looking for friend to discuss and share :)

hi anyone success in daytrading forex or crypto here? ive been trading for the past 3-4years but i still struggling with consistency. any advice for me? appreciate if u guys wanna share or even dm me so we can discuss, share n exchange ideas to improve since i was doing it by myself all this time and no one to discuss
