Advice for a person dealing with traders

Hey everyone, I work closely with traders on the floor, handling various technical aspects of the job (won’t go too much into the details). While my role is primarily technical, it also requires a solid understanding of financial concepts—something I didn’t formally study. I deal with equities, derivatives, options, risk management, trading books, strategies, delta hedging, a lot of trading stuff, you name it. To fill the gaps in my knowledge, I’m looking for free online courses that cover these topics at a foundational level at least. Please no YouTube recommendations. I’m specifically looking for structured courses—things like LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, edX and etc If you’ve taken any solid courses that helped you grasp these concepts, I’d love your recommendations. Appreciate the help!
