What are your favorite and recommended companies and assets and why?

I'm just starting out with swing trade and I'm studying some books and I feel ready to start trading. I've done some simulations in the last few days and I've had positive results so far. But I still don't have a defined portfolio of markets or companies to invest in or follow. Could you share some interesting ones and some tips that might help? Tysm!
