Just started trading

Hi guys, I recently bought a course for Trading, mainly futures and forex. The course is for beginners and explain some things Like Correct pullback inside bars. However, I was unable to understand the overflow and order block. How they works and how you can use them. I am new to this and just want to learn some basic strategies, somewhere to start my journey. I will be thankful if there is a mentor I can connect with. Thank you!
