Advice for a Trading novice

I have been Trading for some time now and it hasn’t gone to well. Sometimes I do very well and other times, like right now I am down alot, About 27K. Does anybody have advice where I can learn to be more consistent? I love finance, even with the huge loss I still want to learn. I just don’t know where to start.
