Best broker besides IB, RH, Schwab?

Yeah, I've tried them all. Reasons: RH - HORRIBLE fills and execution times. Schwab - ToS has gone down during high volatility numerous times. I'm surprised it worked today, but i don't trust them anymore. IB - under 25k making 3 day trades during a 5 day period locks you out of opening any trade until 1 falls off. I'm an adult. I currently use IB but I want to use margin somewhere else.
