TMT Buses

Hey so I have been noticing this from few days is that all the TMT bus conductors are using those old ticketing system (in which they punch a paper manually and give)..I'm just curious ki why they have switched to these manual system in middle...(I'm literally so curious to know about this haha) I asked a conductor about this but I couldn't understand what he was saying 😭 Does anyone here know the reason?
