Query regarding Singhania School admission

Regarding Jr KG admission , if someone misses the documentation date after getting admission, what to do? Our child got into Singhania school Thane saw the notice a week later, there wasn't any email sent by the school, just the notice on the portal. Any help or clarification much appreciated. Results were declared on 3rd Jan. Don’t want to miss out on this opportunity.
