Looking for Shop on Rent

My dad and I run an optical store in bhandup west. Now we are planning for a second branch at Waghbil or Anand nagar area. Our current store measures 450 sqft. and we are looking for a store within similar size. The locality must be good where it's easy to access (main road shop most preferred).
