Vastu relevance in high rise building

Hi Reddit janta .....I am in process of by flat in building ...And i have finalized one flat....However got stuck in decision making as its door is southwest facing....Frankly i have never given importance to Vastu...But since I am purchasing flat for first time i check it.. As per my research Vastu does not applicable for high rise building as it was made during earlier times for house build on land and human can take benefit of natural setting like Sun rising from east. My concern is...How aware are people about this fact and will southwest flat facing will have lower value in market making it diff to sl...
