Thoughts on Runwal land ends? UREGENT GOING TO BUY SOON

# I really like 2 bhk here and very much affordable for me than small sized high prize Rustomjee and Raymond # is location good? is this project good?. Does anyone have any feedback about the area, or about Runwal as a developer?would love to hear about them. Thanks in advance :)
