Need help guys

Guys I have recently moved to a rented apartment with my wife in an old society near teen hath naka. It’s been just 2 days & I have already had a verbal fight with 2 different watchman. They both talk so rudely & in such a bad way. Had a fight with both of them on same reason. The issue is such that the watchman wants me to mark my entry every time I enter the society that’s really irritating as this is not happening to other society members… also, I don’t have a problem with marking entry Every time I enter the society, but the way the watchman speaks is really bad.I asked him to speak politely, he started to gether people of society around and shouting and making me look really bad. It was such embarrassing situation, me and my wife just entered the society and it already looks like we Are villain. Please help me, how do I deal with the situation?
