Need Contact for RTO agent for Thane RTO (MH04)

Hi People, i used to live in Thane sometime ago, now my car from Thane RTO needs new HSRP plates and renew the registration as well. I’m no longer in Maharashtra, the car is rarely driven that too in T3 town, therefore i don’t want to switch states (in registration as it will be much more costly and anyways will need a NOC from thane) so why not directly get it renewed in Thane RTO. Please share contact Details for any RTO agent you may know. Best if they can converse in Hindi or English as I don’t speak Marathi well.
