Why no PM is tamil person. Only north hindians dominate Union government. When non hindi -non congress -non bjp third front form to capture union power ?

Can regional parties like dmk venture out to other states like kerala,ktaka,ap etc either by dravidian anti hindi stance or by forming probably proxy parties. Aap aam aadmi is venturing out like punjab other hindi states.
