Where can I get 100 percentage pure palm jaggery in bulk?

Hi, I would like to sell and export 100 percentage pure, unadulterated palm jaggery. Is there a society or community of palm jaggery artisans maintained by government from which I can collect? Please comment. Edit: Is it possible to manufacture it by my own after collecting sap from artisans? Edit2: I am from Kerala
