Tell me your story about how you get out of coollip/cigar/alcohol addiction

I'm a teetotaller btw, but from my eight standard at my school I've seen some students using coollip and they called it as dose/chyni and now more guys at my college addicted to it and drinking alcohol, GO OUT STRAIGHT and tell me the consequences of these bad habits and if you are already getting rehabilitated how you made it??
