Tamils to learn Hindi or Hindians to learn English?

When people ask why Tamils don't learn Hindi, ask them Why Modi doesn't speak English? He has the special onus to learn and be conversant in English. He regularly needs translators to understand what's being asked (it's a different case that he needs prompting for reply). He is going around several countries, while he cannot learn all languages, atleast he should have become good in English. His accent andhis fumbling is world renown, except for his blind bhakts. Even in recent US press conference, a reporter asks him the question, whereas he states blankly and Trump had to reply on his behalf. What a shame for India on an international level. Keeping aside the importance of English, whenever any North Indian or Tamil BJPian asks why Tamil people don't learn Hindi for their survival, let's ask them why Modi doesn't learn English?
