Need good dermatologists recommendations in Trichy

Hello TamilNadu, A close person of mine has been suffering from skin allergies for the past few years and has been taking cetrizine almost every day, which I feel concerned that could spoil his health. He would have outbreaks of rashes and for now only cetrizine is able to control it. We have visited a few doctors but haven't seemed to find a cure. Can someone please recommend any good doctors (dermatologists) in Trichy, who is patient enough to spend time, take all the required tests and actually identify the allergen.
